Whats he makin em out of? solid Gold plated steel with diamonds on the face :hmm:.....ARD Aussie Comp ramps go for around $1500 (i think), and thats from the only 100% Ramp company in Australia. There's no way in the world one ramp will cost 2 grand, let alone 3 and a half, ya'd (should) get 2 100% comp ramps for that price, and thats if ya bought em through a ramp company such as ARD. Fullsize comp ramps will cost ya about $800 or so, thats including cheap labour, and not getting the transitions rolled profesionaly. Price also comes down to what size and wall thickness steel your using and how many supports ya put in. so the measurements you've said:

Length: 5.5mtrs
Height: 2mtrs
Trans: 8 mts

isn't that far off bein comp standard, so I'd be willin to give a quote for about $700-$800 depending on steel used. As stated, all ramp costs come down to a few simple things:

Steel size
Steel costs
Steel used
Face material

They are what make ramp value's vary.

Ah yes, well those are just the real quick 5min job basic layout, if ya wanted to know how much it would cost I could do it properly and give ya a total steel length, then all ya'd need to do is find the best price on steel per meter to know how much it'd cost. Soon as it takes me a few hours to do up complete plans, i dont have the time to do it at the moment, so it'd just be a job i come back to when i got a spare 10min every now and then.

* I'd be usin 40 x 40 x 2-3 for that size ramp aswel, so that'd be the steel size to ask prices on.

mine ended up costing me $1200 and that was with a few things that i ended up gettin done that if i did it again i would of been able to do myself.
but yea i got quoted by a welder person $2400 to build it and we worked out that was like 900 bucks in labour:faceoff:
so that inspired me to do it myself and yeh. so $1500 from ard is a pretty good price
