just finished biulding a crf70 engine to a 108 cc and have a 26mm carby that is chokeing engine half way through 2nd gear ? what jeting is needed ?any help would be good.

tb 108 stroker kit ,race head 25mm inlet 22mm outlet,race cam,engine is in bbr p'frame with bbr d section pipe , engine has heaps of power and idels fine but half thottle in second it seems to choke it self as in therd. pretty shaw its a jeting prob but may b wrong standed round 26mm carb. could it b coil or spark plug

try and lower the needle a clip. If it gets worse go the other way. Should have something like this in the jets. 120-130 main, 22.5 pilot, clip 2 from top. other than that you may need a tech to look at it.
