Stretch and get more flexible, try standing high too. I've been trying them over the last week, but i need a bigger jump to pull it off properly because when i do em now its only for a split second. You could also take the foot that isnt going over off the peg 1st to get better body position.

If you're struggling, float up off the bike some as you leave the jump, and straighten out the leg you're leaving on the footpeg as much as you can. That should get you enough height to get the other one over. Just be careful to stay high the whole way so you don't get caught on the way back.

Straighten your arms and if your getting caught. lean back abit and straighten your legs..

i just huck my leg over the seat, and since i don't have any big jumps, i leave it there and land side saddle. but don't attempt to land like that unless you are used to the jump or it's very smooth.

it would be easier to do it with a cut down seat
