Seat Foam

ok i have already cut my seat once(did it perfect!) and then i decided i wanted it lower.....the damn belt sander hooked a piece of foam in it and ripped my foam! i was pissed........ im planning on getting new foam but i was wondering, which is a better type of foam to use? tall or standard? i know i can cut both but i was wondering if any guys(or girls) here have tried cutting tall foam compared to standard. let me know what you think!

yeh sorry dude someone made me drink alcohol.....na i meant go normal foam because there wont be as much to cut off
