Hey dude when ya go for a lazy boy, let the front drop a little then slide ya arse forward and lean back, try to look at the sky it will help ya body fall back, dont worry about the front dropping too much cause the seat will hit you in the back and stop it from dropping any further, then just lean forward grab those bars and land. What ever ya do dont pull on the bars when ya go to lean back it will just throw ya into a boner air :(

Hope that helps.

hey bro,
now this is wot i juss made up wen i was readin it. well here we go.....
1)as u r hittin the ramp make ur body a lill further than usual.
2)as u hav juss left da ramp start 2 shift ur body 2wards the tank.
3)start 2 take ur feet 2 the front of the bike and then star lying bak while still holding on 2 the bars.
4)start gripping the tank wit ur legs (thighs) and then start letting go of the bars
5)lay bak in the position that u r comfartable wit while still gripping the tank wit ur legs.
6)start gettinbak up and try and grab the bars first b4 putting ur feet bak.
7)get bak and get bak in the position that u r comfartable landing wit,
there we go m8. hope that helps;)

Yeah you know what to do, essentially it's just practise. like Andy said, just let the front drop and let the seat hit you in the back as the bike is coming up and your laying back, then you know ur on the money! Try do it all in one movement, get your legs locked and i just tend to roll backwhilst letting go of the handlebars. Have a good one!
