yeah i alway set my sag at about between 95mm since i can remember it helps getting the full use of your suspension and to work out if the spring is correct for your weight

i always set my suspension up. i always get it done professianlly (i race:D)
on my 85 i have 60mm sag (not recommended). i need a whole new rear shock on my 85.
on my 125 i have 90mm sag.
i run 60mm sag so it will stiffen it up. its so tempting not being able to hit a single wide open, but you can because your suspesion bottoms out.
