i would of been riding both bikes, but MAWA (Motorcycling WA) changed there rules last night. it use to be, that you can race all the event even after you turn 16. but they changed it. no Junior nationals for me.

So have they changed the birthday rule back to july then, don't worry man natinals are full of argueing and stuff, and ben not being mean but you wouldn't qualify anyways.

its for fun, and all about the experience. atleast i can say, ive been there and have done that. just because you arent as good as everyone else, doesnt mean you should not do it because you have no chance. im just out there having fun. my last year as a junior, why not?

There changing the rule in the near future as well, you have to be in the top 5 in your state to qualify to even ride at the nationals.
AS you have never done the nationals been, i can tell you they ain't about fun and thats the reason there making the in your own state rule, because there are some top riders who i'm not gonna mention names whos spat it cause they reckon the lap riders got in the way and caused em to lose.

No one cares if there are lappers or slower riders on the track. There is always going to be a winner and a last place getter and a whole bunch of riders in between. If a bunch of juniors are gonna get the undies in a knot because there is a lapper on the track then there parents need to give them a slap across the head and hang there bikes from the roof of the shed cause that is not what racing is about. Everyone deserves a chance to race especially at the junior level so give it a go!

I'm not saying they shouldn't but, thats the new rule coming out, i have finished junors now so it doesn't bother me, anyways, and i do think the rule is unfair cause the most of the field is made up by kids who aren't even considering a win

Scobes- you said in an earlier post that it was the top riders complaining and now you saying it was the parents of the riders???

I stand by what I said, slap the top riders across the head to knock some sense into them and then turn around and repeat the process to their parents cause I can guarantee you that 80% of these so called top riders with parents like that will be burnt out by the time that reach late teens.

All races at all levels are about fun, as soon as it is no longer fun for the rider then they should stop. Life wasnt meant to be serious.
