Ok guys, not many competitions have been happening on the forums for a while and especially a competition that actually rewards you with much product.
So with the 2007 line up of new gear coming up quickly, I put it to Dikko from Sloth Industries if he wanted to get some of you guys who are into photoshop and designing, to see if you could come up with some cool T-Shirt designs for next year.
Sloth Industries have supported Raceline Events' for many years now, FmxAustralia.com members such as myself, Pete Anderson and Scotty Glover with our riding, the FMX Academy and now would like to help some of the members on these forums for their designing.
Rules are:
1. Be as creative as you want.. the more Unique your design the better
2. Come up with as many T-Shirt designs as you want (but there will be just one prize for each person)
3. You can either use some of the trademark sloth logo's like the "S-sprocket", or the nautical star, or you can try come up with a whole new logo if you think it is really good
4. Entries close next Friday, 20th of October, 2006.
5. Don't use any copyright material from anybody else. It's usually pretty easy to tell when someone has stolen someone else's idea, that isn't what the competition is about.. and it can land you in trouble with the person who originally made it too.
6. Sloth Industries can then use part or whole of your design for the next line of T-shirts coming out for 2007. They may change the design a little at their discretion, but for the most part if your shirt is chosen, most of the design would be used.
There will be one main winner, who will win a Sloth Industries graphics kit for their bike and a shirt aswell. Then there will be 5 of our favourite T-shirt designs, and those 5 will receive a Sloth Industries shirt and some stickers.
Check out www.slothindustries.com if you want some ideas to get started, see what sort of gear they have in '06, but yeah the idea is unique-ness and originality.
Have a good one guys, and get cracking.. seems like it'll be a bit of fun, and see who out there has some talent and creativity.
