Valve clearance? provert

Hey my mate reckons he can hear the valves tinkering, so wondering what the clearance is for a 06 provert, ive only ever owned 2 strokes so i dont have much of a clue on 4's but im getting a provert soon as im healed up so i may as well learn.

just set ur clearance to .003"-.004" and u should be sweet. im not sure what their manual says but thats a general clearance for the honda engines.

the SDG runs 3 thou on the intake and 5 on the exhaust but the head has had a few performance mods for a 110cc between these settings are where most mini motors run
3-4 or 3-5 should be fine

cool thanks, i'll make intake 3 and exhaust 4, ummm... how do you find TDC ? if it's quick to explain otherwise i'll find out.... cheers.
