hey i was just wondering how hard it would be to put a 88cc kit on my 50. Has anyone done it themselves? was it hard? can someone do how-to write up?
any help would be good. cheers macca.

its very easy, i give instructions with all the bore kits i sell, pics and all make it alot easier.

between 500 and 1000 depending on which kit you get

Yeah you need to put like a 18mm or 20mm carb on a 88 with stock head.

its pretty simple mate, just remember how you pull ur engine apart, put the new barrel and piston on and assemble the rest of ur engine.

go to twobros.com they have some instructions for a 88kit install.I used it when i put my 88kit on,it has good pictures and every step to make it really easy.

My bro and two of his mates have Takegawa 88cc S-Stage kit on em and it seems pretty simple just follow the instuctions that come wit em !

I think the most important thing (other than having cleaned the motor) is marking the cam chain to the cam gear on the head of the motor..

Dont eat salted items while working with alloy either..
