ok just wondering if these tappet breather kits do work, i put the cover back on the wrong way on my SDG (by accident) so there was a noticeable even tho there was pretty much no gap diffrence but is it ok to open them out this much to like 1/4 an inch? cause afterward i noticed a small pool of tranny oilwhere it had been coming out through the gap

ok i thought stuff it!!! rather than buy a kit i made one for a grand total of $5.25 with a brass 90 degree connection from IFS in sydney for $2 and just black rubber hose from clark rubber for $3.25 per meter
result..................HOLEY SNAPPIN DUCK SH##!!!!!!!

just 10minutes, a drill a 3/8 tap and your done
seeingas pretty much no company does these kits for imports (only crf style covers) let me know if your keen can i'll give your the part mumbers for the connection

yeah its on 50mods.com but it works mainly on CRF 50 style valve covers this will work on any bike
power wise i was surprised with how much broarder the power is at the moment the bike (sdg speed mini) runs a 26mm minkuni carb and TB CDI and thats it

on the SDG the power range was huge, my driveway is painted and roughly 4m long now theres 3 black tire marks from the rear wheel spinning and its straight now it revs out like a 2 stroke

sounds good!! might have to give it a go on my provert, did u put anything over the end of the hose (filter/sponge) or did u just cable tie it up under the seat somewhere??

straight under the seat, where the tube runs to (just at the start of the subframe) its high enough not to get cloged with any crap, purely it was done cause no one does a kit for imoprts with out a CRF style valve cover (rounded) the SDG's is square
