what about a heath and fittness forum where people can discuss medical problems riding dirt bikes such as arm pump, sprained muscles,exicise,injuries,etc

Erm... This is a freestyle site. Health and fitness isn't often associated with FMX so I don't really think there's any point having a forum for it on here. That sorta thing is more suited to racing, so if ya want that go check some race sites. That's what I think anyway, it just wouldn't get used here cause only a few people (mostly the racers at that) would have anything to do with it.
