hey i was wondering if any of u have ever done this ... my mate was riding my thumpstar hung 10 .. BEEN NOTHING BUT TROUBLE... and then he came back and the mount that holds the caliper to the forks had snapped ? w t f

who has done this before lol ??

yeh i had heaps of troubles with my pitbosses and thumpstars so i just walked away and have never gone back

mayb sum bolts just rattled out, with mini bikes u should go over and tighten every bolt at least every 2 weeks, i have with my motovert and its never had anything wrong

dont say that, everyone will think that we dont know anything about other bikes and have never had experiance and are just saying that cause its what everyone else has said...

i agree... although some of them are good because ive heard people saying good things about their bikes... mine was shit and i got convinced to get a honda and ive had no troubles. end of story lol

Ive had the front brake caliper holder snap off but that was because i had the front wheel off the night befor and forgot to tighten the bolts back up and thus when riding the next day one fell out and the caliper swung around and locked up on the wave rooter and snaped , no biggie i took it off and kept on riding...

I got one of my mate to order a new holder but the shop ended up getting a whole caliper and piston it ended up costing me $125 coz i had to buy the whole thing, not just the mount :(

They are only a cast alloy item so make sure they are done up.

i dont run brakes on my 50.... saves the problems of them falling off and makes riding alot more exciting.. i also have a thump 110

Thats probably the best tip on mini maintenance "Keep it Tight".

exxept when u over tight them all the thrid comes out and u have to re thrid them or buy a hold new thing that u broke
