Hart Attacks ?

Lookin for some pointers from you guys who can do full hart attacks.

I got seat grabs pretty good, but cant seem to get past about 45 deg.

Any help would be appreciated.

wen u grab the seat, sorta jump off the pegs and try to stick ur arse up at the sky, at the same time sticking ur head down looking down towards the seat or tank, or even back at the upramp, then kick ur legs up wen ur getting vertical

i cant so ssg or anything but i get a old pair of handle bars and practise tricks into the pool and ive got harts down pretty good going into the pool try that

i have been trying them too and have got the grab and look at the seat part all i gotta do is get my legs up good yet not sure if i have enough air time though, what gap are you getting them on fmx metal or any 1 else that can do em?
