Ive moved out to the desert and there is very little to do since I can only ride at selected cooler times of the day so Im thinking of getting some gamage happening. The last one I had was a standard playstation and I bought about 3 games for it and never played it so I never really got into the xbox and ps2 etc but when I went to buy one yesterday I was told not to as new ones are out/coming out??
So my question, whats the differences/pros/cons between the xboxs and the playstations? Is one better than the other? Any idea of the cost of the new ones??

XBox 360 comes out next month, but from what I remember is set to be about $700 to start off with. PS3 won't be out for a while longer I'd say... Personally I went with the XBox, but PS2's do have a lot of cool games, as well as the new ones being tiny. That said, there's some sweet XBox games out too, and a lot of em will be usable on the new one when it comes out if you decide to upgrade, although I imagine PS3 will be the same deal.

I guess there's only pro's and con's, or maybe even not so much, just differences... But I don't think one is better than the other, they both sold well so it just came down to preference I guess. Have a browse through the games for both and see which would suit your style more, some will be on both systems but some aren't.
