Collision when riding today

hey all

Well i got my moto back from being fixed. so i went out to a mates house for a ride. We were riding round hes paddock and i stopped and then my mate stopped next to me on my right. so said sumthing to him and i started to ride off, and i went up through to 3rd and then i put in down into 2nd, and i was turning left to do a U-turn, and i started turning and got bout half way round, and i look more to my left and i see my mate and hes like 5 metres away and hes hammering along. He couldnt slow down enough and i gave my bike heaps of throttle and it just bogged down and stalled on me (because it hasnt gone for 2 months) and he just hammers into my leg, and like crushes my leg between his front wheel and the side of my bike.

To tell the force of the impact his front wheel folded a little bit (probably a bit over a cm). i have a huge lump on my leg and possibly a broken bone!.
I can barely walk! lol.

Not good to hear mate, get yaself to the doc's.

If ya bike was warm it shouldnt have bogged champ. Or shoulda used abit of clutch.

I do a heap of riding with mates around the bush and ive had alot of close calles where my mate has all of a sudden stoped and turned in front of me and ive almost hit them. Before you stop always look behind, dont just slam on the brakes slowly let the revs off and give plenty of warning to the rider behind you that your gonna stop. Hands signs are a good way if you dont have brake lights.

I broke my leg, clean snap and I walked on it for two days until I went to the doctors.

yeah well he was on the right side of me when we stopped, so i rode for only like 20 metres, so i still thought he was on the right of me, but he was on my left.
I guess it was my fault for not looking before i turned!



FREESTYLEMX17: it's not the main bone i think is broken, its another one in my lower leg. My sister told me the name of the bone that could be broken, but i cant remember what its called.

I can still ride my moto though! it just hurts to put a bit of pressure on it.

haha yeh bro, i got t-boned like 2 weekends ago 2, put a gash in me sump,and ****ed me header pipe, and it sucked ass cuz like u, i had only just got it fixed,w as outa actuon for like 2-3 months due 2 shock problem, then i got new one,a nd the basterd hit me, now i gotta fork out more for the repairs, and i just got concused me mum thinks,a nd my ribs ehr for a couple days,a nd me elboiw nows got a lump where lump not sapose 2 be :)

one of my friends was havin a drag with this other faggot and the strip was about 300m long and then they had to go back, when this fella turned around he didnt realise josh was right behind him and josh t-boned him and he went flying over the other fella and landed in the dirt but the fella that got hit had to get airlifted to mackay then to townsville because the bone popped out of his leg, that was like four years ago and he's still limping on it.

Yea that exact thing happened with me and my mate,i was turnen left and the came hammeren along and clipped my front wheel and broke his left wrist,elbow and collar bone.lol.
And as he was lying there he was sayin "OMG MAN IM SOOO SORRY",and he was the one ***ed up.lol.

oh that sucks, ive had som1 crash into me pretty hard. This guy came around a blind corner and hit me and i went over the bars and landed on a pile of rock, me not wearing body armor or knee pads, cut the shit out of my chest and a rock smashed my knee cap pretty painful.

sounds lyk a mad crash...i had one kind of like it, me, my freind n his m8 were riding down the track its as whide as the road with massive ditches about 2 metres deep beside it n they stop right in front of me n it was about 9 in the morning n there was trees around so it was still dewy because no sun got there..anyway i braked n just kept slidlin at the same speed n went straight in his back wheel(he was sideways when i ran into him) and he got pumped and i went straight in2 the ditch..it sucked, anway he tried 2 make me pay for the damage even tho it was his folt!i was pissed off because i couldnt get my bike out aswell. anyway thats my story lol.

yer ay...well guess wat happend 2day when we were riding, we rode form 9 til about 5 n on the way home my m8 stoped with his sister on the back of the bike and jaems ran straight into the front wheel.

Yeah this happened to me except it was an ATV that crashed into me, fortunately it wasnt going that fast so when it hit the side of my bike I was thrown a couple of meters and it ran over my bike, had a few broken plastics and stuff haha.

I can't stand riding with quads. One of my mates slid his rear wheels into me around a bend once. I was on my 80, and his quad wheels were pretty much half the size of my bike, so the bike and I did a few flips and I got quite winded. Lucky it wasn't any worse, though.

I've also been run into by someone on a 50 who wasn't wearing a helmet (****ing idiot).

me and a m8 wwere riding and were were goin up a hill and a ute com flying dwn the hill and my m8 was 6th pinned on his kx 125 and he hit the ute and he got up and walked to me i dinked him home and the next day i went back wif his dad got the bike and got back ahe he lost half the nerves in his face was all saggind fractured both legs and a broken wrist and i dont no how he got up and got on my bike must of been adrenaline or sumthing

I had a mate run infront of me in the paddock at the foam pit. I was up on the back wheel in 3rd gear so vision was limited he just putted along infront of me full tunnel vision. I t-boned him and my right hand grip was on a 90 degree bend. We were both ok as I hit the back of his bike with my front wheel. Gotta always be on the look out for people regardless of how far away you remember them been
