all you can do is keep trying...it took me and brock{slur666} about a month of landing on our head face and back before we got it....once youve landed it the first time its easy.

yeh once u get it u could say its dialed its easy. wen i was goin for em i was getting upside dwn n bailing n landing on my knees n every time progressing more rotation n then i just stuk it. ur legs u can clamp to the bike makes it easy first time round.

im probly not going to make sense here but here goes, for your first attempts dont try to imitate other people who can do it cause there experienced what you gotta do is not hold onto the back of the bike with your feet like normal just have them more forward and when you flip just keep close to the front closer to the centre of gravity. just throw your head back real hard with lots of energy and bring you knees up just like a normal flip and the bike will follow its gonna look messy at first but you will get better and learn to flip in the normal riding position i hope that helps but if your fliping a 16 inch dont worry about anything just do it there measley, grip it and rip it

I tryed em the other day, I got upside down than bailed cause I didn't think I was height enough!! But when I landed I realised that I would have stuck it easy, I tryed 3 with no luck, but i'll try again soon!!

my mate told me he tried for like 10 times all unsuccsesful...then after doing a backflip while just holding a pair of hangers found it much easier and got used to holding some hagers and nailed it on his bike on like the 3rd go, .....nice flip by the way, looks real smooth

Yeah exactly same for me, I could do flips on my feet perfect, land exactly where I took off, but 1 day just stuffed up and can't do em properly ever since, it sucks!! so now I go heaps far back when I try em on the bike, I tryed to properly land 1 the other day, and I laned with my shins on the hangers! Left a big lump and cuts on both of my shins!! I swear it hurt just the same as when I dislocated my knee!!! I'll get em 1 day hopefully!! Nick

It may sound gay but i reckon, til you learn the flip, wear shin guards and knee guards... you may look gumby but you wont have sore shins

yer man a lot of people can do that it mainly committing to it. I landed it virtually first go when i actually went straight instead of sideways lol. (dont go sideways it hurts a lot more)
