swing flips

hey has any1 over rotated a swing flip, i can land them and have been for the last yr but on new yrs it all went rong and i did the full flip and kept going and landed flat on my back, and it hurt soo much....my spine still hurts, im getting my mum to get it checked out asap,......so any1 ever done this

easy whne u swing when your going up u lean back and u pretty much free fall down onto your feet. as long as u keep looking back u will be fine. make sure u throw your legs straight back otherwise they might get caught up.

pretty much what sik 50 said and after you land the first one you will feel comfortable every time after it

has ne1 here seen sum1 do a double swing flip? my small friend has tryed 1 once but under rotated and landed on his knees it was crazy!

Yeah 180 filps are easy and double filps are the hardest thing that I have ever tried i've tried so many times and can only get 1 3/4 flips it hurts but it will pay off.

yeh i can do em. i started to do em off high distances. and then i over rotated and broke left wrist. which sucked. hurt so bad

last time (my first time) i tried one of them i over rotated and landed flat on my back crap does that hurt but im fine thank god

i didnt beleive you guys either till i gave it a try lol. got it pretty big like 3rd go, you just have to lean back early and commit. ill grab a sequence next time im there.
