No Glewy did not say it. He said Travis did a backflip barspin at X GAMES. Which he didn't because he didn't land it.

So Sik 50 said he actually lands it on nitro circus 3. Dont know what these other guys are on about, just post whores I suppose.

well i hate the stupid gyro things in my opinion...i hope they dont stay cool for long... i mean, "go jump 80 feet and spin your bars in the air"...WOW!....Unfortunately, i think freestyle mx is heading towards being just a louder,higher and more expensive version of bmx....

i would rather see pastrana freeriding in the hills rather than doing bmx tricks on sooper dooper triked up bmx with a motor...

that first one was actually 3 kgs lighter than a standard bike.
but i couldnt agree more about the futre of these bikes in fmx. i too would rather see raw skill freeriding out in the hills..

pastrana is my favourite rider and props to him for trying to expand the sport, but i dont think it should take this path.

The gyro thing is pretty stupid, although didnt they just make it to see if it could be done and would be successfull in the first place?

Although pegs on 50's is pretty cool.. i saw on fuel an episode of M80 and there was a big bike with pegs and he grinded down a set of stairs. It was pretty cool but itd really get boring after a while i think its pretty cool just to try out and stuff but no one is gona grind rails forever on a full size dirt bike because theres about a million things you can do that is more fun than that.

I think pegs on 50s would be cool more than once cause anyone that stunts on a 50 would use the pegs and go to a skatepark and grind and then go back onto the street and use them to stunt its just like a second use.

i reacon the pegs on a 50 idea is pertty cool cause most 50s are probably more like a bike then a moto anyway but yeh all this gyro on fullsize bike is bollicks i reacon. dont modify the bike, modify the rider.

everyone is being so harsh its not like it would ever be a big thing, its just a cool little thing travis did to see what was possible on a dirt bike, i reckon some crazy stuff could be done like a decade air, but that would just be done for nitro movies and what not it would never pick up

As someone said before in a similar thread, if it weren't for moto riders copying what bmxers have been doing for years, fmx wouldn't be a sport. Don't be so damn closed minded. Props to Travis for doing what most of you seem to have a problem with - being inovative.

barspin backflips are gay, gyros on motos are gay and on big bikes stunt pegs are gay. i would definately rather see freeriding than a barspin backflip. 360's double flips and combos of these tricks are way cool but then you get sum gay lookin giant motorided bmx with a motor and some guy doin barspins, they are gay except for the decade air on nitro circus 3
