i am about to build/expand my compound and i am in the process of building a aus comp ramp, but i want to know how i should build the rest of my compound, like what are the dimensions of dirt doubles, triples and table tops which people know of of use themselves?? I want to know everything, length, width, height. i will be using my CR250. thanks

It all comes down to personal taste, your own skill level at the time and what your comfortable with, as in safety area's. The best thing about dirt, is you can just keep reshaping the curve till ya get it how ya want it. smooth, kicky, long, short. it all comes down to how ya want to throw yaself into the air. So, go with what your comfortable with. That goes for all measurements, but remember as you get better and wanna go bigger.......your downramps have to grow aswel, ya cant expect to use the same downramp for a 30ft jump as a 70ft downramp for your comp ramp, just wont work :D
But the shortest, sweetest answer i could give for dirt ramps is.......use all the dirt ya got, dont skimp, takes a lot of dirt to fill a decent downramp.

WORD THERE !! Thats a lot of drit...
I could add 1 thing tho - :D once your skills are up to scratch you could land on anything U like.. lol :) lill or big down ramp..
Skill... Mate Skill !! work up to it... it will happen !!
You get back what U put in .. :) Moto riden is so true of this..
As mongo says if you have it ( Dirt ) Use it.. All that you can .. :)

thanks guys, i will put that into consideration.
how long do you recomend a run up?? i will have a berm, then a set of doubles (about 10 metres or so), and i need to know how far i can put my kicker. i am guessing about the same distance at the jump, but that is just guessing, doesn anyone have a REAL idea about this?? i know it all depends on my skill, but if i can some real specifications, that would be greatly appreaciated.

usually the runup should be atleast the length of the jump, yeah.
but it does take a lot of skill to hit a decent jump with a small run like that

i reckon the downie needs to be steeper and the jump should be longer and less kicky so your get a smoother kick when hittin it.
