Nowra MotoPark

Does any one know if this place is still open? or if it is shut down? and why ?
i went there a few years ago and it seemed pretty cool.....

I got a mate who goes there every second weekend, so i spose its still open, and he said if ya can get out there its hell worth it, nice track, and they look after it lol

Yeah i went there a few years back and it was pretty nice, heard it got shut down though....well its nice to know its still open,Hopefully, Cheerz Mosh!

yeah i live 25 min away and its still open and they have made some changes to it to I think 4 the better so yeh its still open if ur talking about the race track out at yereyoung and there is gravel pits at yereong thats near hmas albatross gravil pits has some big jumps

there is a race track at yerriyong which is near the naval base.

and there is the moto park which is south of nowra. i thought it closed a couple of years ago. i heard it got knocked down, but if it is open, thats sweet.

Ok you all talking about - BLACK BUTT GULLY MOTOCROSS PARK -

It is Right at tomarong 15 mins out of Nowra ( South ) It was owned by the Blakes Very Cool pep: it ran for many Years
Even Had some Comps there at one stage. It was Awsome !! ( SX ) anway It then dropped off lots and thay Sold it .. then Became the SAMARI MOTO PARK !! Some Japs had some thing to do with that .. lol To this day I think it is still Open not shaw .. I will have to find out tho ..as it would be Gr8 to Go there again.. It had 6 Tracks ..!! SX,Enduro Style,MX, and a europene track was SIC as ..

All so lill tracks for 80's and Totts.. Fully sic place - I dont know why it has dropped off so much... all I can think of is not well manged.. ?? maybe .. So there we have a lill history of Black Butt Gully Moto park .. :) I used to ride there Live there, and teach there .. :) Was every Kids Dream wake up .. Get Some Brecky into ya .. then on the bike !! Heheh !! right at ya front Door... I was lucky and I was FULL 110 % Moto Head .Still Am.lol other guys we had there with us, Trevor williums, Anthony Gunter, Matt Carlson - 3 top MX'ers in there day... so we had gr8 company to play with on the tracks was unreal... If I get some shots for ya I'll post them up .. Look out tho .. thay are from my Hay Day... lol Very OLD SHOTS .. hahaha Like 1983 's hahah !!

motopark at nowra that was run by red baron motorcycles closed down a couple of years ago. there might be different ones now but i know for sure this ones closed.

black gully MX park hasnt been open for years the only approved track to ride is nowra motorcross track out near the naval base
