effects of crash

hey all, i had a fall about 4 1/2 weeks ago thoguth id give you a look at the effects of it.

i bounced off a whoop the wrong way and hit a 5 ft tall dirt wall in the bush on 1 of our local tracks. i hit the wall in 3rd pinned and on impact smashed both wrists, then flipped up over wall and cracked a vertebrae. heres a couple of pics of my wrists....

thanx guys,
the doctors are sayin i wont be riding until mid next year but i mite try and get on earlier but take it real easy. just light riding on smoother tracks. just gotta c how quickly i get movement back and strength...

yea man thts nasty i didnt do both i did one and mine woz alot more bent up but bcoz im young i didnt need wires or nethen jst got my cast off thursday and im not suposed to b on for a omnth or two and i woz riden today :D lol heal up soon mate you will get back on sooner then they say you will. did urz hurt coz mine didnt at all lol jst looked weird

was about 2yr ago now my lill bro was out riding alone, he did a reel skechy jump and landed his front wheel in a hole and snap snap... both just like that. the best part is tho he had to ride home 7km and open 2 gates, then when he gets home there is no 1 here lol

went to the specialist today. Got my wires all pulled out. 1 cast is off and bone is healing nicely. the other arm had a half cast put back on for 2 more weeks. After 2 weeks it should be fine to come completely off.
Also started physio today, got a bit of movement and strength already so hopefully should be good to go soon...

good to hear mate. did my first jump agen today but arms still a bit weak i mite wait another month like the doctor told me to ahahaha

yes....ive finally got movement back in both wrists. my right wrist is going really good, the left a little slower. still not aloud to do much though, not aloud to lift anything over 3kg...bummer. cant wait to get back on the bike, but its still gunna b a while till i can do that....PEACE
