Fouling!

my kx125 fouled up on the weekend, i cleaned the plug up and it refouled! so what is it? is it jetting, engine oil seal's or what

prob ya jetting or shitty fuel does it sometimes, clean out the carb and air filter do it at the same time and prob lower ur oil ratio like 35:1 TO 40:1 and get a new plug

35:1 is lower than 40:1,
im runnin 32:1, is it much work to clean out the carby.
is it hard to do?.

no not really if u know what to do, 20:1 has more oil in compared to 32:1, so try running 40:1, but just double check with ur kawasaki dealer to the ratio's for ur year model

the guy that owned it before me had the wrong plug in it, so now i got the right one. the shop said to use 40:1 with belray oil.
thanks for the mix chart insane, ill print it out and stick it on my tool box and jerry can for later on.

I dont think ya need to do anything much to run avgas, possibly just rejet it. Mungoman36 used to run it, until it became illegal to use when racing. And yes Noel. I'm right ther with ya bro....Mmmmmmmm Aaaaaaaaaaavgaaaaaaaaaass hehe :D

how would they know if u were using avgas, does it have a different smell or something ?? where do u buy it also

hehe Oh shit yeah, it has a different smell.......What a heavanly aroma *sniff Sniff* aye Noel :p LOL. And I assume you aquire it from the airodrome fuel tanks ;) I think thats where Mungoman36 got his from.

u can get the stuff form "some" servos mainly bp.
the stuff is called BP100 racing fuel.
if your use accual avgas its not a good idear cause that suff is so crap its not funny. i tried some real avgas when i usedto have my kx100 and the stuff is bad quality as compaird to bp100.

if you clean up a fouled plug, ofcourse it will re-foul. just put a new plug in it

to do that, start your bike up, warm it up, then let it idle. there is a black hose coming off the top of your engine. put your finger over it. if it sucks air, and blows out air, you need to replace your seals. take your time to check it.

im pretty shure it was my bullshit fuel mix, its going fine now except for my 10cm warp in my wheel
