god damn flat spot

ok lately my SDG has got a bit of a flat spot and it only seems to go when the motor is RED HOT and it seems to have lost a bit of power
seeing 4 stroke motors are the work of satan i'd put it out there to see if any one has any ideas on how to fix this

What heat range is your spark plug ? my thumpy come with a 7 which i suspect your bike has come with also.

I had some problems with my bike when riding hard and it ended up just being the spark plug, change it for a 8 or a 9, ive got a 8 and haven't had any problems ... But if its only happening when really hot it sound like a cooked plug.

problems sorted, took the plug out and it was just gunked up (been in there for almost a year) and when i took the rocker cover off the intake valve was loose as hell min the rocker arm rather than being nice and firm in its seat so i did that up and torqued it up to its specs and its back to normal, i recon its got a bit more punch in it now mainly in 2nd and 3rd it just lights up
