To be able to do a Double Hart Attack, you should be able to do Double Grabs, and Hart Attacks, which you can find guides on these tricks in the How To forums. You will want around 70ft gap to have enough time to execute this trick also, so it's quite an advanced trick.
1. You're approach to the ramp should be the same as when you do other grab tricks, keep your head forward, and have your legs in a position that you will feel comfortable to push up off the bike as soon as you leave the ramp and into the grab.
2. As you leave the ramp, bring your feet up off the pegs straight away, and crunch down to find the grab hole with your grab hand. When you know you have the grab firm with the first hand, start to push your body up and reach back with your second hand.
3. When you have both hands firm in the grab holes, you now need to push your arms and make them as straight as you can. As you are pushing your arms, try to push your legs higher up into the air, and if you have troubles with your feet not being straight, try imagine your touching your ankles, and that will help straighten your legs up and give better extension.
4. When you come down for landing, pull hard on the grab holes to get your legs to come down, and bring your feet down as far as you feel comfortable to reach back with at least one hand to grab back onto the handle bars. You will at least know where the bars are, and then pull back on like a normal hart attack.
Do it all, bring yourself back onto the bike and Wa-Lah, Double Hart Attack. It may take a lot of practise to get used to pushing your legs up so high with both hands in the grab holes, keep trying.
To extend, you can go into a Look Back Double Hart and look under as you get both the grabs. You can also bend your knees when you are fully extended to point your feet forwards like a Scorpion.
Have fun with it, post up your successes
