Hey mate, my only tip is to head up the hill behind Track 1. It leads upto the "Mountain moto" track. If it is your first time at BDV and you don't usually ride tracks, then the mountain moto is a super fun track to warm up on and get your groove.
If you usually ride tracks then just take your pick!
In order of technicality it goes:
Track 2 - Beginners. Few step up jumps and step downs. Fun track.
Track 4 - Intermediate. More variety of jumps and tighter track layout.
Track 1 - Advanced. Has the 100ftr and some great shaped jumps.
Track 3 - Advanced. Has the 130ftr......
Mate BDV is great in the fact that every1 is out there for a great time. There is no attitude on the tracks, so just find a track you like the look of, do a few slow rolling laps to familiarise yourself with it, and then go nuts! :)

Thanks for the info bro. I spent a day at Coolum MX track on saturday getting coaching from team moto's Darren Smart. That was the first time I had been on a real MX track. The biggest jump was about 45ft I was told and I was landing at about the 35ft mark but Ive never hit any jumps like that before so Im hopeing at bdv that I will be brave enough to start hitting 60ft.
