Also, is it at all possible (not sure if you can hack the code up much more) but to put the Online Chat in a little side box down the side of the Main Page. Maybe somewhere like the "Past News" that takes up quite alot of room... That might entice more people to use the chat room, because I remember not many did, so if they can see people are in there and talking, more members might head on in there.

Also have a weekly "Chat" with a pro or somebody of interest?

Putting it on the front page would make the page really slow.. I might put a who is chatting thing kinda like who is online later.. And yer will try and arrange some pro's (as in pro riders not the stkilda type pro hahaha) to come in every so often..

I think I'm not as internet Savy as I used to be... someone remind me how to enable Java 1.1x on my Browser? I'm running Windows XP, so yes, the browser is a relatively good version of IE :)

See that a few Brisbane Night Clubs have stopped serving Bundaberg Rum... How rediculous is that... sure It doesn't worry me, cos I don't go to those night clubs (or any at all) but to stop the flow of rum because "people get angry" on it... rediculous...

Install it...

Run it and when the server selection comes up, connect to "World IRC: Random Server"

Once connected type" /join #fmxaustralia"

Talk away... :D

Knocked off from chat about 2:30 last night, got to bed 3 hours later... Tonight however was a much better effort, without the chat of course cause I obviously drank with other people for a change but yer I just got home and stuff and it was fun and I'll go to bed pretty soon I guess for a while. Well I mean I'm in chat now but the only other people in there are away for sleeping like you would expect I suppose, you know being whatever time it is right now and stuff... Nothing has changed to make the applet not work except the link is on the "info" page now instead of the main menu... The actual page the chat is on is unchanged.

Yeah, I've seen that, but still tripping me out, as I've seen a few people with the same problems with Java Applet failing aswell (and they used to also be able to log in before) I guess i should just use Mirc, but I figure i'd rather see other members log on from the main page to make it easier for them too.

Do you know of any settings that i could change for my Java thingy that could prevent it from loading?

WorldIRC has shutdown the Java applets we used... Its broke, dunno if will be back or what.. will look into it ASAP :)
