Is it possible to build a tough crf for around 4000au ive had a look around on the net and some of these parts really blow that budget. i would like 88 kit bars and raise the ride similar to a nock off bike. any help would be great. otherwise ill just buy a thumpstar 125.

u should look into getting XR70 suspension that will raise nicely and u should be able to get that aswell as the bigbore etc for under 4000.
just ask your local honda shop for pricing.
i will post a pic a little later on.

88cc big bore kit: 700$
stiff front and rear springs: 200$

wow ok sorry didnt realise how much the other stuff adds up.
yeah if u want it under $4000 then u will have to settle with stiff springs.

nuttin wrong with just stiff springs htough..they do the job....my mate jumps his 50 kicker with only stiff springs and they hold him and the bike fine

fair enough.....if u wont it has high as a thumpstar mate u will just have 2 do a bit of extra saving and get a larger swingarm(sano for example) and i-shock cause there wicked and a set of sano bombshells...thats just an exmple anyway...
bombshells: 1600$
sano swingarm: 560$
i-shock: 360$
definately well worth the money though if you can afford it
